Shortly after I wrote that last entry, I tried to go to sleep. Shortly after that, at 3:30am, my next door neighbor’s alarm went off. This was a problem because a) my next door neighbor (who happens to be an RA) was not in his room and b) the IHouse front desk, which is supposedly open 24 hours a day to handle incidents like this, was unmanned. And unwomanned. So I had to lie there in my bed, trying to block out the siren wail emanating from my wall. <\/p>\n
I think it went on for about 20 minutes.<\/p>\n
